Overview
A UWC education is founded on seven educational principles inspired by Kurt Hahn. Though inspired by Hahn’s original thought, it also reflects the experience that the UWC movement has gained in the last 50 years as well as contemporary educational thought.
Through the Academic, Co-Curricular and Residential Programmes, UWC Changshu China is committed to the balanced development of the whole person. It will offer life-defining experiences for young people, enabling them to discover the possibility of change through courageous action, personal example and selfless leadership.

Students' experiences at UWC schools and colleges have a tremendous impact on their lives, and inspire them to become global citizens involved in positive change in their communities.
